SUBMISSION
Once you
have filled out your profile on the "My Career" page,
click on submit profile and your information will be entered into
our database. An Executive Recruiter will then contact you to conduct
or schedule an initial consultation.
INITIAL
CONSULTATION
The initial consultation involves four basic parts:
• Information
gathering (includes elements of a typical interview)
• Discussion about what you are looking for in a company /
opportunity
• Presentation of information on the companies that match
your goals
• Education and preparation for specific interviews
PRESENTATION
TO THE COMPANIES
After
the initial consultation, your Recruiter will submit your information
to the companies that you are interested in (we never submit candidates
without their prior knowledge and approval), and the scheduling
/ interviewing processes will begin according to each company's
individual guidelines, policies and procedures.
LENGTH
OF PROCESS
The length
of the process will vary from company to company. Some companies
will get you through the process in as little as seven days, while
other companies can take as long as four to six weeks. Be patient;
remember that these are the opportunities that you want!
ESTABLISHING
A LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP
After
you have secured employment through us, we will continue to be there
for you, as a source of constructive feedback and continuing career
counseling aimed at assisting you with your professional growth
and advancement. We will be there to help you get the most out of
your initial training, continue with your professional development
and advance more quickly in your new environment.
